10.00am in Holy Trinity Church, Corris followed by coffee and a chat at The Institute

 

COME BY BUS - The No. 34 picks up at 9.30am at the Clock Tower Machynlleth, calling at Pantperthog and Ceinws before stopping outside the church on its way to pick up at Aberllefenni and return to the church by 10.00am.    The journey back with the No. 34 is 11.50am at the Institute to Aberllefenni or

 

11.59am for those going back on the route to Machynlleth.

Candlelit Silent Vigil Against Gender Violence

3rd December 2014 10 am - 12 pm

St. Peter's Church branch of the Mothers' Union are organsing a candleit silent vigil on Wednesday 3rd December. The vigil will take place under the clock tower in Machynlleth and is to raise awareness about and to stop gender violence. The vigil is part of the Mothers' Union 16 days of activism against gender violence and more information can be found on the Mothers' Union website.

Everybody is welcome to come and take part in the vigil even if you can't stay for the full two hours. Please come and show your support and wearsomething yellow or purple.
