Rev'd Kath thanked everyone who was involved in the day-to-day running of the shop, the public who donated items for sale and of course the customers who bought items and helped to raise much needed funds for St. Peter's Church.

Renovation at Llanwrin Completed
Llanwrin. The evening of the 24th May was really beautiful and matched the atmosphere at Llanwrin Church to welcome Bishop Andrew and the community to a service of Thanksgiving for the completion of the renovations. The Church was filled with a happy congregation - the singing was excellent helped by Cor Meibion Dyfi and the Sunday School children. We now look forward to many more years of prayer and worship in this beautiful old Church with all its past memories. We give thanks to God for the past and pray for His guidance for the future.
Olympic Torch Relay - What a Great Day
Opening our parish office for take-away teas and coffees was an excellant idea on the morning the Olympic Flame passed through Machynlleth (thanks Joyce). The town was buzzing with excitement and the atmosphere was wonderful. Many congratulations to Mr Steven Doyle on his great honour of being one of the Torchbearers.
